We purchased this dehumidifier unit after checking reviews and rating from both rating companies and personal reviewers. This unit replaces a smaller one that we had in our finished basement area. The old unit was smaller and did not last any time at all. This Frigidaire is sturdy and has been working mightily since we set it up shortly after delivery. It runs for 2-3 days before it needs to be emptied, is quiet and seems very efficient. The water reservoir has a handle and a splash guard which is great. When it is full, it is a little heavy but still manageable. So far we are very pleased with this new dehumidifier.

We were in the market for a new dehumidifer, and after researching options for best value, and energy efficiency, selected this Frigidaire Model FFAD3533W1. We are 100% thrilled with this product. The fan actually circulates COOL air around the room, and it astounds me every day how much water is collected! We live in the United States climate zone 5A, "cool humid", and this product keeps our finished basement dry and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

This is my 2nd unit. Frigidaire Dehumidifiers are rated high in consumer help sites. It is very reliable and serves my purpose well. I especially like the continuous drain option as I can drain to my sump pump.

Couldn™™t be happier. Live in a ground floor condo where dehumidifiers are required in the Midwest. Easy to operate, empty, and maintain. Also own the smaller model and run both in 1600 square foot space.

We have a finished basement that is about 760 sq/ft and in Spring/Summer gets very humid so we have to have a dehumidifier to keep things dry & prevent mold. The dehumidifier we needed to replace was a Kenmore 35 pint which lasted for about 10yrs & worked very well. It gave out this year so needed a replacement. We did research & found the Frigidaire 35 pint had good reviews so we chose that one. It is a bit bigger than the Kenmore but it seemed comparable to other brands so guess they just make them bigger now. The bucket seems to hold a lot more water which can become quite heavy so we empty it out when it is halfway or 3/4 full. We have had this dehumidifier running 24/7 for about 3 weeks now and it works Great! We have it set at 45 to keep it nice and dry. When we turn it off to empty bucket, after only a few minutes, the humidity is 50 & goes up quickly since it has been so humid outside.. it goes back down to 45 after a few minutes. Without the dehumidifier the humidity is way above 50 and you can feel it. So far this dehumidifier is working well & hopefully gives us many more years of a nice dry basement.

purchased this to replace a smaller capacity dehumidifier. I am most impressed with the size of the water capture tank, it is huge. We leave it running constantly in our walkout basement at the cottage and it has performed superbly so far.

I've had this for about a week, so can't really give much of a review. It works, at least for now. Let's hope it can last for a few years.Noise is not an issue, because it is in the basement. Nevertheless, it is reasonably quiet.

My old Frigidaire lasted 9 years so I replaced with another Frigiidaire. Setup was very easy. So far it is really working well and I connected a hose for draining so I don't have to worry about emptying so often. I just hope it has a long life.

The dehumidifier is being used in my finished basement and I am pleased with it. It has a nice simple design, is fairly quiet while in operation, and removes moisture in the air rapidly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product.

Works very well to pull a lot of water out of the air in a short time in our 1k sq ft space. Has been a hot humid summer. Easy to empty bucket, even though large capacity. However, even on low fan, it's a bit nosier than I expected. Not too loud... but noticeable high fan sound when it kicks on.

Does a real good job of removing moisture from the air. My entire first floor is much more comfortable on days when the air is hot and humid than it was before I purchased the device. I wish the device was designed so that it turned off and on (including the fan) in accord with the set level of humidity. It is noisier than I expected it to be.

I bought my first Frigidaire dehumidifier (22 pint) August 2022. I have used it all year and loved it so much I decided to get another one, this time I got the 35 pint. I love them both equally. They are extremely easy to use, easy to move around, and easy to empty out. I like the collection bucket compared to the pump option, because I end up using the water for my grass. Here in Texas, I'll take all the water I can get. The machines aren't too noisy, so we even use them while we sleep. I can tell from my thermostat that they significantly improve the humidity in our house. When we weren't using them, our humidity was easily 65% or higher in the summer. With this dehumidifier, we stay in the 40s. I empty my buckets about twice a day. Well worth it in my opinion.

It takes the moisture out of the air just fine I™™m not thrilled with how quickly the filter needs tending to . bucket needs to be dumped light you can™™t see it unless you walk up to the unit becuz its on top My previous unit you were able to see the light on the side so you knew you knew from any point in the room I do like the handle on the bucket that needs to be dumped

Our basement got wet during a recent rain storm. The dehumidifier has run nonstop bringing our basement down to 40% humidity level. You hear it run but it™™s not noisy. Great machine and serves its purpose well.

This dehumidifier was ready to start working right out of the box. Easy set up and easy to use settings. Does a wonderful job. Considered the 50 pint, but glad we got the 35 pint as the full bucket is a bit heavy to carry to empty. It is not quiet, but one family member likes the ™white noise™ when sleeping.

This is the second Frigidaire dehumidifier we™™ve had. The first lasted years with no problems. This is smaller, though still has great capacity. My only complaint is that it can be a mess to empty. The bin has so many compartments, I™™m guessing for strength, but the water collects behind the partitions and can spill out from everywhere if you™™re not careful. I™™m getting the hang of it off tilting it to guide the water out, but the first was much easier to empty and had a curved spout. This does not. Easy to set up. Easy to remove the water drawer. Good little dehumidifier.
